Hi, I'm Pearl

A hobbyist artist in my 30s, mostly found at the crossroads of sci-fi, magic, and deep character stories. Since I’m constantly hopping between the US and Asia time zone,
I basically live on coffee, tea, and world-building.

This is just my quiet little art corner of the web for my OCs and whatever fandoms I’m currently obsessed with. Grab a drink and stay a while!

Creating Focus

A deep dive into the themes and techniques that fuel my current projects, where character development and craft collide.

How I start

I’ve always believed that creative paths aren’t straight lines; they’re a series of sketches that eventually form a masterpiece. After a long hiatus from my early design roots, I returned to my digital tablet three years ago with a new clarity, the magic/sci-fi universes and complex characters I loved weren't going to tell themselves.Today, I’m known as Pearl . My work is a tapestry of the anime that raised me, the sci-fi that fuels my imagination, and the personal experiences that define my world.Whether I’m crafting original character designs, fandom arts, or my signature 'pear' persona, I’m not just drawing, I’m building a universe out of the moments that moved me✨.

INFLUENCES & INSPIRATIONS

My creative process is deeply rooted in the media that moves me. I draw primary inspiration from the narrative depth of anime and television, using music as a sensory guide to define the emotional landscape of my work. By translating rhythm and melody into specific textures, color palettes, and expressions, I aim to capture the intangible 'feeling' of a moment in every illustration
